Anonymous Person is Hiding Under Well Known Authors Name to Seek Revenge

A well known author was thought to be writing a new best seller over the Jennie/Janie kidnapping, but claims to know nothing of the sort. Last week on October 1st, 2017, in a small town on the east side of New York, lived a man by the name of Calvin Vinesett. He is a well known author full of fame and popularity who writes about complex murder cases. But when another author claims to be writing a book under his name, Calvin begins to wonder if his reputation is in trouble.
It all started on October 1st, on a website by the name of Facebook. An investigator for this new best seller posted a little preview of the book he was gathering facts for. The author, supposedly by the name of Calvin Vinesett, was writing a book over a kidnapping over 17 years ago.
Last week when Calvin Vinesett was interviewed, and he seemed confused when he was asked about his book over the Janie/Jennie kidnapping. He stated that, “Of course I looked into the Jennie/Janie kidnapping, but that is not what my readers expect from me”. Calvin continued on to state that his readers expect him to write about complex murder cases including the victims and prison, not kidnappings with an unknown kidnapper. Calvin was asked what he thought of the situation, and he claimed that, “I am furious that some writer is hiding under my name. I’m even more upset that it worked! I just don’t know what to do next. My future could be in trouble.” Calvin was handed the Facebook post and stated that, “This author is not much of one. Look at all of this reputation, odd choice of words, and poor phrasing! I’m going to guess that this person is a beginner who hasn’t published a thing”.
Last Tuesday, the Major was also interviewed about the case. He, along with Calvin, “Are unsure what to do at this time”. The major went on to state that he doesn’t want that unknown author pulling into anymore tricks on our town. “I don’t want some hooligan ruining our peaceful town and messing up the reputation of my people,” he stated.
In the end, the FBI was called, and the crime is still under investigation. But for now, the FBI is keeping a low profile so that the real author is not frightened into further hiding or until further evidence is uncovered. Currently, the major is asking for anyone that might know anything more about this book or the unknown author, that they may come forward immediately.
